Randstad Japan’s president and chief operating officer Satoshi Saruya is to be appointed president of Careo Group following the recruitment giant’s acquisition of the Japanese technical recruiter.

Randstad Japan’s president and chief operating officer Satoshi Saruya is to be appointed president of Careo Group following the recruitment giant’s acquisition of the Japanese technical recruiter.

Saruya will be appointed president of Careo Group on 1 July 2016.

Randstad announced this morning it has signed an agreement to acquire the entire share capital of Careo Group in Japan, doubling its presence in the Tokyo area, and in its IT and engineering business. 

The sum Randstad paid was not disclosed.
