Bluestones Investment Group buys Harrison Sands

Bluestones Investment Group, an investment platform for specialist recruitment businesses, has acquired Leeds-based recruitment solutions provider Harrison Sands.

Bluestones Investment Group, an investment platform for specialist recruitment businesses, has acquired Leeds-based recruitment solutions provider Harrison Sands.

In a statement, Bluestones said it completed the acquisition in July and currently has an additional four acquisitions in the pipeline.

Led by Katie Coates, Harrison Sands will continue to operate as its own entity with the support of the Bluestones Investment Group back office systems, marketing and financial services.

As part of the acquisition Trish Strafford will be joining the group as chief executive of professional services. Strafford will also be responsible for looking for new businesses and ambitious individuals to join the group, in addition to heading up the professional services division, which currently consists of brands including PRN People, Quality Locum Solutions, Bluestones Medical and LGT Recruitment.
