Scanes Bentley and Richard Robinson are to step down from the board at Norman Broadbent.

In a statement released this morning, the senior and board executive recruiter announced current non-exec chairman Bentley and non-exec director Robinson will step down tomorrow.

As previously announced, Frank Carter is take on the role of non-exec chairman following a general meeting that took place today.

The group’s intention to appoint Carter was announced earlier this month in a statement revealing the firm had raised £2.3m in conditional fundraising.
