Executive recruiter Norman Broadbent Group has appointed Angela Hickmore as managing director at Norman Broadbent Interim.

Hickmore has more than 25 years’ experience mainly in the senior-level interim management sector and spent 10 years with a Fortune 500 organisation where she led various business units including the launch of its new UK Interim Management business. 

Norman Broadbent also announced the appointment of Andrew Smith to a group-wide role covering strategic client development and account management.

Before joining Norman Broadbent, Smith was a director of a leading international executive search firm and latterly a UK boutique firm. During this period he worked at C-Suite level across the technology, CIO, retail, leisure, hospitality and consumer sectors.
