Occupational psychologists specialist JCA Global has appointed psychometrician Professor Dave Bartram as chief research officer in a newly created external advisory role within the company.

Bartram, who joins from best practice insight and technology company CEB's SHL Talent Measurement Solutions, where he was chief psychologist, will be responsible for shaping the Emotional Intelligence (EI) research agenda, and expanding the international reach and language accessibility of the EI Profile (EIP) predictive tools.

He joins JCA Global with a wealth of experience in the assessment, selection and development process of people within a business, as well as having worked in both academic and commercial environments during his career.
