Parity Group said Neal Ransome has stepped down from the board and David Firth, who joined the board in September, will take over from him as chairman of the audit committee.

The business management group added that Lord Freeman will retire from the board in the next few months following nine years of service but will work with Parity to ensure a smooth transition for his successor. A further announcement will be made once a successor has been appointed.
