Three Norwegian entrepreneurs have secured venture capital funding for their job-matching software.
Stale Fredlund Husby, along with partners Sigurd Gran and Anders Bakke, have developed a technology called Relink that uses machine learning to match people with jobs.
The firm builds technology, gives it intelligence and trains it to become a ‘super matchmaker’. Looking at millions of different data patterns the recommendation algorithms are constantly busy improving its understanding of what a good match actually is. In the same way Netflix recommends movies based on viewer preferences, Relink uses machine learning to recommend people to jobs and jobs to people.
The amount of funding was not disclosed.
