International executive search firm Pedersen & Partners has appointed Alan Dashwood as regional client partner for Asia Pacific.

Joining the firm’s Hong Kong team, Dashwood has more than 30 years of extensive consulting and operational business development expertise, working for companies of all sizes, from start-ups to multinationals. 

He was most recently principal at Hong Kong-based business consulting, advisory and senior management talent acquisition firm Typhoon Consulting.
