International recruiter SThree has launched specialist consulting and talent search practice Hyden.

The new brand helps companies identify why and how they need to change, and looks at previously hidden and under-utilised talent, which can help close the diversity gap.

The firm is led by new hire Joanna Abeyie, who joins as managing director. Abeyie, who is a current affairs news journalist, founded Shine Media, a training and recruitment business for diverse talent seeking employment in the creative industries.
