Levy makes apprenticeships ‘a bureaucratic nightmare’ says Cable

Sir Vince Cable (above, centre), leader of the Liberal Democrats, has slammed the government’s Apprenticeship Levy, claiming it has resulted in apprenticeships becoming “a bureaucratic nightmare” and that “it has wrecked apprenticeships”.
