SThree opens STEM Centre of Excellence in Glasgow

International recruitment organisation SThree is to open a Centre of Excellence in Glasgow.

The centre will bring together SThree’s UK support services, creating more than 200 jobs in Glasgow during 2018, and aims to support its global business in the STEM [science, technology, engineering and maths] industries.

Recruitment for IT, finance and HR posts is now underway with the company hoping to have more than 200 people in place at its new city centre office by the end of the year.

The investment is supported by £2m regional selective assistance funding from regional development agency Scottish Enterprise, which will see SThree create a total of 314 new jobs in Glasgow over the next three years.
