FINANCIALS: Heidrick & Struggles reports rise in revenue

Global executive search, leadership assessment & development and culture-shaping services provider Heidrick & Struggles International has seen revenue climb 10% year-on-year in constant currency, according to Q1 2019 results.

The results, released yesterday, reveal the group saw revenue rise from $160.1m (£123.4m) in Q1 2018 to $171.6m, with executive search net revenue up 11.4% in constant currency to $158.3m.

Commenting on the group’s performance, president and CEO Krishnan Rajagopalan said: “We are pleased to report our 15th quarter in a row of year-over-year growth in net revenue and continued improvement in profitability.

“Market demand for the executive search and leadership advisory services continues to be positive, despite the usual quarter-to-quarter and geographic variability.

“We are off to a good start in 2019 and see continued opportunity to gain marketshare and increase shareholder value.”
