Act quickly with adjustments for mental health conditions, recruiters warned

Recruiters that fail to act quickly to put in place workplace adjustments for workers with long-term mental health conditions run the risk of being brought to tribunal.

The warning follows research released this week in the Business Disability Forum’s ‘Great Big Workplace Adjustments Survey 2019’, which shows some people with mental health conditions could be waiting over a year for employers to put in place much needed workplace adjustments.
