• Windscreen repair firm Autoglass has appointed Jo Fryer as people director. Previously head of leadership partnering at the firm, her new remit includes attracting and retaining top talent in the industry, as well as having responsibility for driving employee engagement and delivering an integrated people strategy.
• Cloud computing company Bullhorn has appointed Javid Muhammedali as vice president, artificial intelligence. He is based in Boston in the US.
• International executive search firm Carmichael Fisher has appointed Tarquin Bennett-Coles as principal consultant in life sciences based in Cambridge. He brings more than two decades of life science executive search and interim management experience.
• Executive search, leadership assessment and development firm Heidrick & Struggles has appointed Adam Warby as chairman of its board of directors, effective immediately. Warby, who joined Heidrick & Struggles’ board in 2018, is CEO of Avanade, a joint venture founded between Accenture and Microsoft Corporation.
• Medical recruiter National Locums has appointed Mark Casey as head of nursing. Previously group head of learning and development at recruiter TTM Healthcare Group, he also owns Pinnacle Success Solutions.
• Net Talent has promoted Darren Dalrymple, who first joined the specialist IT recruiter as a graduate trainee, from associate director to director.
• Talent attraction and recruitment process outsourcing business Talent Works International has appointed Ken Kane as business development director.
• US blue collar recruiter TrueBlue welcomes Jeff Dirks as chief information and technology officer and Carl Schweihs as the president of People Management, a division of TrueBlue.
