Funding leads to 200 new jobs created at Immedis

An Irish international payroll and global mobility tax services firm plans to create 200 new roles over the next 18 months due to a €25m (£22.2m) investment.

A statement, released by Immedis this morning, reveals the group has secured the funds from venture capital and growth equity firm Scottish Equity Partners, backed by blue-chip international investors including the Ireland Strategic Investment Fund.

Over the past two years, Immedis has grown from 10 employees in 2016 to more than 170 people today. The group says the new roles will support ongoing expansion, with recruitment starting immediately across tax, compliance, IT, software development, marketing, finance and sales.
