Martin appoints first company director to HRS board

Former Apprentice winner Ricky Martin’s agency Hyper Recruitment Solutions has welcomed its first company director to its board.

Recruitment director Andrew Davis (pictured left with Ricky Martin), who joined the science staffing specialist in 2015, is the firm’s first company director since Martin secured investment from Lord Alan Sugar off the back of his Apprentice win in 2012.

Commenting on this new appointment, Martin said: “Andy’s impact since joining HRS has been nothing but transformational. During his tenure he has made a significant and direct impact to the growth, skill and leadership, playing a pivotal role in the HRS success story.”
