• Recruitment and development tool provider Pearson TalentLens has agreed a strategic partnership with Grad DNA, the creators of an app that uses employer-approved tests to match candidates specifically to employers who need their skills.

The partnership sees Grad DNA’s mobile-first approach to recruitment combine with Pearson TalentLens’ psychometric assessments.

• Technology recruitment specialists Lorien, part of the global Impellam Group, has partnered with schools outreach provider TechGirls to help tackle the country’s STEM skills shortage and promote greater diversity within technology. The partnership was launched with an event at Lorien’s London HQ, which saw 19 sixth-form girls find out more about the opportunities available, as well as tips on building their professional brand.

• Consumer sector recruitment specialist Nigel Wright has agreed a deal to support McBride, a provider of private label household products. The firm has factories throughout Europe, producing products for major retailers globally.

• Resume-Library has agreed a partnership with Textkernel, an international specialist in AI, machine learning and semantic technology for matching people and jobs. The integration sees the job board provide Textkernel users with access to its CVs, directly from its database.

• Rhino Site Services has launched a commercial division through a merger with Barry-based Prince Resourcing. The deal sees Harry Driscoll, former owner of Prince Resourcing, join the independent recruitment firm. Rhino Commercial will specialise in recruiting for sales, HR, marketing and financial services on both contract, interim and permanent basis.
