Recruitment consultant Finn taps into the reality TV market

Recruitment’s representative on the very first series of ITV2’s winter Love Island is the “coolest guy around”, according to one his colleagues.

Last week, Oxford City semi-professional footballer Finley Tapp descended on the hit reality TV show Love Island. Tapp’s day job is as a recruitment consultant at the London office of tech and digital recruitment specialist Talent – and last year’s winner of Best IT/Technology Recruitment Agency at the Recruiter Awards.

According to his bio on the show’s website, Tapp, who describes himself as “loud, outgoing and good looking”, revealed his most disastrous dating experience was accidentally shaving his eyebrow off an hour before a date!

Addressing his looks, he regards himself as a ‘9 out of 10’, and when Recruiter contacted his agency, one of his colleagues described him as the “coolest guy around”.

Come on Finley – we’re all rooting for you to find love! (And stay in the villa for as long as possible.)
