Randstad appoints Todd to spearhead inclusion and well-being

Global recruiter Randstad has appointed Laura Todd to the newly-created role of director of inclusion & well-being, with responsibility across Randstad UK and Randstad Sourceright EMEA.

Todd most recently held the position of global inclusion and well-being programme director for outsourcing firm Capita. At Capita, she developed and implemented the firm’s inclusion and well-being strategy across nine countries, a Randstad statement said.

In addition to serving the company’s internal inclusion and well-being needs, Todd will also support Randstad clients and candidates, a company statement said.
