RBW Consulting appoints Coulter as head of technology

Phil Coulter has joined specialist life science and technology search consultancy RBW Consulting.

He joins as head of technology and data science, bringing over 20 years’ executive search experience within the technology industry with him.

A company statement said that Coulter’s priority at RBW will be to bolster the firm’s technology practice while bringing “an enhanced capability to top-tier services” offered to the company’s life sciences and technology clients.

His appointment follows the announcement at the end of October that Tim Perman joins the company as chairman, following the company merger earlier in October with executive search and selection company Thorp Associates.

Coulter previously held the role of partner at digital executive search firm Savannah, and before that spent nine years at global organisation and consulting firm Korn Ferry, where he led the technology search practice across EMEA.
