This will support large-scale recruitment drives across the capital, a Gattaca statement said.

As G.Network’s recruitment partner, Gattaca will manage the recruitment of G.Network employees, including the 1,250 news jobs which are expected as a result of G.Network’s recent £1bn investment. The investment will drive deployment of G.Network’s full-fibre broadband network across 1.4m premises in 13 London boroughs over the next five years. 

The positions Gattaca will recruit for will predominantly be field engineers. However, Gattaca will also support recruiting employees in functions such as customer experience, marketing and sales.

Using its expertise in creating targeted recruitment marketing campaigns to engage hard-to-reach candidates with niche skills, Gattaca will also help shape the organisation’s talent strategy, including the development of the employer value proposition and employer brand.
