• Finatal, a global executive search firm for financial talent into private equity businesses, has appointed Katie Beck to its board of directors as non-exec chair. Beck is an experienced and commercial board director with over 18 years’ experience working with and investing in PE-backed mid-market businesses. She was most recently partner and head of portfolio at August Equity.

• Specialist partnership and employment law firm Fox & Partners has brought in senior associate Millie Warner and associate Claire Plumb in response to increased demand for the firm’s services.

• Global talent specialist Morson Group has appointed Joanne Lake as non-executive director to drive strategic growth within its core STEM markets – in particular, engineering, nuclear, aerospace and infrastructure. She brings more than 30 years’ financial and professional services experience to Morson’s board of directors, having held senior positions with investment banks Panmure Gordon, Evolution Securities and Williams de Broe, and as a chartered accountant with PwC.

• Professional services recruitment specialist Sellick Partnership has announced three senior promotions at its East Midlands office in Pride Park, Derby.

Claire Harrison has been named associate director. In her new role, she will continue to lead both the housing & property services division and Derby office support team.
