• Umbrella payroll services firm Bishopsgate Group has taken on Andy Campbell-Critchley as director of HR. Campbell-Critchley joins with more than 15 years of experience as a HR professional in organisations such as Adecco, Department of Works and Pensions, and most recently for MediaCom.

Finatal, a global executive search firm for financial talent into private equity businesses, has appointed Katie Beck to its board of directors as non-exec chair. Beck is an experienced and commercial board director with over 18 years’ experience working with and investing in PE-backed mid-market businesses. She was most recently partner and head of portfolio at August Equity.

• Specialist partnership and employment law firm Fox & Partners has brought in senior associate Millie Warner and associate Claire Plumb in response to increased demand for the firm’s services.

• Global talent specialist Morson Group has appointed Joanne Lake as non-executive director to drive strategic growth within its core STEM markets – in particular, engineering, nuclear, aerospace and infrastructure. She brings more than 30 years’ financial and professional services experience to Morson’s board of directors, having held senior positions with investment banks Panmure Gordon, Evolution Securities and Williams de Broe, and as a chartered accountant with PwC.

• Professional services recruitment specialist Sellick Partnership has announced three senior promotions at its East Midlands office in Pride Park, Derby.

Claire Harrison has been named associate director. In her new role, she will continue to lead both the housing & property services division and Derby office support team. Adam Rouse has been promoted from manager to senior business manager working across the not-for-profit and public sectors across finance & accountancy, procurement and change & transformation. Finally, Bethan Hall moves from principal consultant to business manager, working within the housing & property services team.

• Life sciences executive search firm The RSA Group has appointed senior team member Eleanor Davies as managing partner. With more than 13 years’ experience of healthcare and life science executive search, Davies will be based in London and will be driving growth in both the UK and internationally.

• Portsmouth, Hampshire-based industrial, office, engineering and sales recruiter Wild Recruitment has promoted Jennie Hallsworth to a new director of sales role. Wild Recruitment has branches in Poole in Dorset, Milton Keynes and London, and is part of the Berry Recruitment Group.
