Baxi previously was a senior partner at STEM recruiter SThree. A company statement said Baxi will drive ‘headline plans’ in 2021 for headcount growth globally, growth of the company’s contract business, shape strategy and invest in sales enablement tools and technologies.

Operating in financial services and banking, life sciences and technology, Hamlyn Williams has UK offices in London and Cardiff, China offices in Hong Kong and Shenzhen, European offices in Amsterdam and Frankfurt, and US offices in Dallas, New York and San Diego.

The company is entering “a new stage of growth” in all of its international locations, the statement said.
