• Executive search firm Amrop has announced two new board members for its global board. Jaime Montemayor joins as managing partner in Mexico, and Thomas Hofer joins as managing partner in Singapore.

• Oasis Umbrella, a payroll service provider, has appointed Mike Keeling as sales and marketing director. Keeling has 14 years of experience in the contractor payroll industry, previously operations director at contractor services firm One Click Group.

• Global workforce and advisory solutions provider Resource Solutions has appointed Rory Jeffcock as new chief technology officer. Jeffcock has over 24 years of recruitment experience and he will lead on integrating technology solutions throughout Resource Solutions’ operations teams and client services globally. He will provide thought leadership on upcoming IT trends and competitor developments, and drive forward the business’s data capabilities.

• Professional recruiter Robert Walters Group has appointed Coral Bamgboye as the group’s permanent global head of equality, diversity & inclusion.

Reporting directly into CEO Robert Walters, Bamgboye started her career with the Robert Walters Group in 2007 under the RPO arm of the business – Resource Solutions – where she worked in senior on-site positions at a number of leading global firms, before taking on the role of senior operations director responsible for the operational delivery and commercial management of accounts across EMEA and US regions.
