Granger Reis makes two key appointments

Executive search consultancy for the real estate and industrial sector Granger Reis has announced two leadership appointments.
Jamie Page (right) joins as the company’s new managing partner and Esmeé Vermolen (left) is appointed head of technology and innovation, both positions effective immediately.
A company statement said the appointments followed Granger Reis’ rapid growth which has seen it build its team by 40% from November 2020 to today and increase revenues by 80% over the last year.
Previously managing partner of the European industrial team for global executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles, Page has extensive experience in leadership, development and innovation, having previously led the company’s Amsterdam Innovation Hub. Granger Reis’ previous managing partner, founder Richard Milsom, is now CEO of the company.
Also joining from Heidrick & Struggles, in her new role Vermolen will expand Granger Reis’ current business intelligence team led by Chloe Bush, who now steps into the role of partner and head of business improvement.
Vermolen will be responsible for the development of Granger Reis’ proprietary predictive analytics tools, which will mitigate the risk of failed placements and stress test existing leadership teams against future market shifts. She will also lead the company’s partnership programme, opening the company’s client base to third party HR and people technology businesses.
