DigiSource becomes subsidiary of Join Talent

Recruitment insourcing business Join Talent has acquired embedded talent provider DigiSource.

A company statement said the move means that Join Talent can now “ensure a continued focus on their bespoke embedded recruitment offering to early-stage scale-up clients, and to clients needing hyper agile support, alongside their support for larger-scale projects from the Join Talent embedded solution”.

The agreement means that DigiSource has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Join Talent. It also sees DigiSource founder Tom Brown become managing director of the DigiSource proposition within the expanding Join Talent group.

The DigiSource brand will continue to cater to clients looking for a small team of recruiters, and for short-term projects.

Launched in 2019, Join Talent serves clients in 26 countries and has more than 170 team members in 17 countries, with four separate divisions within the business.
