BIE Executive promotes two at the top
BIE Executive has announced the promotion of Byron Tarboton (right) to managing director of technology and head of search, and Ben Bond (left) to head of research.
These promotions come at a time as the company continues to develop its executive search offering and research capacity.
Tarboton has been a leading figure within BIE’s executive search practice for over 10 years and has led the technology practice for the past three. His promotion will see him develop BIE’s search proposition and drive the already industry-leading cross function collaboration.
Bond will be building future capability in the research team, adding further rigour around research and search, while also looking to develop future talent both internally and for BIE’s clients.
