Simon Hunt will be moving, with immediate effect, to become MD of Oakleaf Partnership (US), already with a team in place. Founder and CEO Richard Colgan said that over his time at the company, Hunt has managed all teams within Oakleaf Partnership “and has played an integral role in the successful development of our business to date. [His] drive, energy, breadth of market knowledge and relationships in the global HR market will be crucial in establishing our presence in the US.”

As a result of Hunt’s move, Amy Morris has been promoted to UK MD, where she will assume immediate responsibility for Oakleaf Partnership’s UK business. Colgan added: “Amy managed the successful growth and expansion of our Commerce & Industry business and continues to lead the development of our interim business, more recently overseeing our Regions and Reward, Analytics & Payroll divisions.”
