This week’s new contracts & deals include: The Curve Group

The Curve Group, a recruitment and HR outsource solutions provider, has secured a four-month recruitment process outsource project with FBN Bank (UK). Curve will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for up to 20 hires during the four-month project with roles including treasury and markets analyst, relationship managers, business compliance support, and payments and settlements officers.

FBN Bank (UK) was incorporated in 2002, having operated as the first London branch of First Nigerian Bank since 1982. The bank is a subsidiary of First Bank of Nigeria.

Elsewhere, Curve has extended its ongoing recruitment process outsource service for The Confederation of British Industry (CBI) for a further 12-months. The Curve Group was initially appointed by The CBI in June 2021 to deliver a recruitment project to fulfil a cohort of new senior leadership vacancies linked to the launch of The CBI’s 2021-25: Seize the Moment strategy. Following successful delivery of the project and onboarding of 30 new team members, The CBI appointed The Curve Group as its RPO partner to manage all hiring across the organisation.
