• Technical engineering recruitment firm NRL has appointed Emma Lowden as regional director for the group’s North-East operations. Lowden first joined the business on a temporary basis while home from university. She has been at the firm for 23 years and has now progressed into her regional director role, following years of leading the Sunderland team as branch manager.
