Taking a majority stake in the business in February 2022, the EOT rewards any employee who has been with the company 12 months minimum and they will auto-enrol as members of the EOT.

Managing director Stuart Manford praised the team’s achievements in the last 12 months as they adapted to the “volatility” of the economic and political environment and commented on the EOT.

“We have just completed our first year of EOT ownership and are in the process of finalising the first year’s bonus pot. We will look to make payment most likely in June,” he said.

“Because of the nature of recruitment, we need to wait for a couple of months to ensure that placements made all start and we do not have any backouts/non-starters to account for.”

Manford was unable to comment regarding what’s available for employees on different ends of the EOT scale, but he said they are a “hot topic” in recruitment at the moment.
