Hays will immediately look to put Vercida Consulting at the forefront of its DE&I offering as part of its advisory services, the company said. Vercida Consulting is currently focused on the UK market; however it also provides services through employees and an associate network in the US and parts of Europe. Hays said it intends to expand the business globally, targeting US, Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) and Germany in the initial phase.

Vercida Consulting was established by Dan Robertson and Morgan Lobb. Robertson will continue in his role of managing director of Vercida Consulting, in addition to heading up Hays’ DE&I Advisory Service for external clients, a Hays statement said. 

Lobb remains CEO of Vercida Group and will continue to focus on the company, he tells Recruiter. 

“By offering an evidence-based approach to inclusive culture change, we can constructively challenge the existing organisational norms and ways of working,” Robertson said.
