MHiR partners with SHOUT to support UK recruitment industry

Mental Health in Recruitment (MHiR) is partnering with SHOUT from 15 May to provide free, confidential and 24/7 support to the UK recruitment industry, MHiR has announced.

“This partnership is an exciting development for the organisation, as it aligns with their mission to improve lives and improve businesses in the sector,” said founder Rhonda D’Ambrosio.

SHOUT is a text-based crisis support service that provides people in need with a safe space to talk and receive support. The service is free, confidential and available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

D’Ambrosio said: “We are proud to offer this vital service to our community and look forward to working with SHOUT to provide support to those in need. We know that mental health issues can affect anyone at any time, and by partnering with SHOUT, we hope to provide those in need with the support they deserve.”

To access the service, individuals simply need to text MHiR to 85258. Individuals can expect to receive a response within minutes from a trained crisis volunteer who will provide support and guidance through text message.
