Page Outsourcing partners with Bevan Money to find new talent

Bevan Money, a new UK-based applicant challenger bank, has partnered with Page Outsourcing to hire more than 70 new roles next year.

The aspiring bank, which is in the final stages of authorisation by the financial regulators, aims to provide mortgages to help and support public sector workers onto the housing ladder.

Bevan Money will be headquartered in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, with plans already in the works for a central, sustainable and fully accessible headquarters opening in 2024.

Page Outsourcing, which provides solutions for businesses with more complex resourcing requirements, has already been working with Bevan Money on its hiring strategy, and has now been retained to hire hundreds of new roles, with a first wave in Sheffield and the wider Yorkshire area. Retained to hire and onboard Bevan Money’s critical scale-up following authorisation, the high-volume recruitment brand will be seeking local talent to fill roles at the challenger bank.

There will be an array of positions open immediately, ranging from entry level to senior management, with further expansion plans throughout the next three years. In line with its overarching social purpose, Bevan Money is committing to its people proposition with employees at the forefront. Alongside a hiring strategy that focuses on encouraging social mobility and inclusive hiring, the business will offer a four-day week and fully flexible working patterns for all its staff.

Olly Harris, global MD at Page Outsourcing, comments: “We are so excited to be working with Bevan Money. We fully believe in Bevan’s purpose and ambition and are looking forward to scaling up the team by finding, hiring and onboarding some critical new roles in 2024 and beyond.”
