According to a company statement, In2Dialog saves recruiters time by eliminating the need to write post-interview reports, allowing interviewers to focus on candidates. It generates accurate reports on candidate interests, motivations, skills, and customised parameters. The system integrates with ATS providers like Bullhorn and Byner, automating candidate insights and maintaining workflow.

In2Dialog was created by recruitment specialist Diddo van Zand and a team of professionals with expertise in recruitment, psychology, AI and data science.
