Enhanced GaiaAttract uses voice to control and manage recruitment

AI-powered recruitment platform Gaia has launched a first-of-its-kind voice and chat feature that enables employers to manage recruitment with simple voice commands.
The innovative, new technology works like Siri or Alexa to give employers hands-free control of their recruitment processes, enabling them to manage campaigns, track performance and interact with data. The enhanced GaiaAttract platforms uses AI to help businesses deliver precision-targeted recruitment campaigns across social media and search platforms.
With a team of 40 across its London and New York offices, Gaia aims to make recruitment as fast and intuitive as online shopping. Using a simple command such as “Hey Gaia, how’s my engineer campaign performing?”, employers gain instant access to a dashboard of KPIs and performance metrics. Similarly, by asking “Find me 10 architects in Milton Keynes”, Gaia not only suggests suitable candidates but also guides them through creating and launching the campaign using only voice prompts.
The latest enhancements provide employers with more powerful tools to streamline recruitment and attract top talent, according to a company statement. Using precision-targeted campaigns across social media and search engines, GaiaAttract ensures that job postings reach the right quality of candidates for the role. Its AI-driven system intelligently identifies and retargets passive candidates, and refines job ad campaigns in real-time, offering actionable insights throughout the recruitment journey.
Ben Keighley, co-founder of Gaia, said: “With the introduction of our first-of-its-kind voice and chat functionality in GaiaAttract, we’ve taken a major step forward in solving key recruitment challenges. This feature allows employers to manage campaigns, access insights, and interact with data using simple voice commands, making recruitment more intuitive and efficient than ever before.”
