• Bristol-based recruitment business Baltimore Consulting has appointed Jordan Groves director of sales. Groves will be responsible for managing the company’s sales division and will be focused on driving quality, customer experience, client engagement and utilising a more efficient central delivery model. He joined the firm in 2017 as a recruitment consultant within the education sector.
