The insurance, finance and technology operator has tasked Golds with leading the recruiter’s corporate functions division in London.

Arriving after more than six years – most recently as managing director – at Global Accounting Network (GAN), Golds has also held leadership roles with Investigo and Michael Page.

Eames says he has particular expertise in working with senior leadership, including CEOs and CFOs, to unearth talent of all levels across the UK and EMEA, and “create innovative hiring solutions tailored to organisational needs”. 

In addition to delivering permanent recruitment, he will also support Eames’ efforts in the contract market, with a focus on interim CFO and finance director appointments.
