Rees brings a wealth of experience from his 20-year tenure at SThree, where, as the global chief revenue officer and main board director, he helped grow the business to over $1bn (£0.81bn) in revenue and led a team of more than 2,500 professionals.

His experience and expertise in Germany as CEO for continental Europe, and then more recently his success in the US, will play a pivotal role in guiding Energize Group toward its strategic objectives and goals.
