The Rec Hub immerses itself in new acquisition

Talent solutions provider the rec hub has acquired Estonian-based immersive.

This strategic acquisition will combine immersive’s in-house talent acquisition expertise with the rec hub’s global reach. Martin Dangerfield (pictured) founded immersive in 2020.

The acquisition is aimed at redefining how organisations find and nurture top talent, a rec hub statement said.

Together, the rec hub and immersive said they will:

  • expand global recruitment capabilities to serve diverse industries beyond their core technology hiring experiences
  • enable organisations to hire effectively anywhere in the world
  • support talent acquisition leaders in new markets, adding both capacity and capability on demand.

Harry Bigwood is CEO of the rec hub.
