Robert Walters promotes three senior managers globally
Global talent solutions recruiter Robert Walters has made three senior appointments across its business.
Jessica Holt (pictured middle) is appointed managing director, EMEA – outsourcing, based in Manchester. She will oversee the company’s core recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) and managed service provider (MSP) business in the EMEA region, while continuing to drive the global consultancy practice.
Joining Robert Walters more than three years ago, Holt has over 25 years’ recruitment experience, including previous roles at Hyphen, Pontoon and Capita.
Additionally, the company has appointed Hazel Lancashire (pictured left) MD of global client success – outsourcing. Based in Singapore, she will be responsible for delivering the highest levels of client satisfaction for Outsourcing customers globally, through end-to-end operational excellence.
Lancashire will be succeeded by Jenny Fulton (pictured right), who has been appointed to Lancashire’s previous role as MD Asia Pacific of Robert Walters’ outsourcing operations. The press release says both appointments are in line with “Robert Walters’ vision of being the world’s most trusted talent solutions business and focus on continuing to grow a world-class outsourcing service”.
Lancashire has over 25 years of experience in the recruitment and outsourcing industries, joining Robert Walters in 2015 as a global operations director, and most recently as MD Asia Pacific – outsourcing.
With 15 years’ experience in recruitment, Fulton, the new MD Asia Pacific, joined Robert Walters in 2016, initially in Hong Kong, before relocating to Singapore in 2017. She was most recently operations director for three years, overseeing the retention and expansion of Robert Walters’ Outsourcing account portfolio across the region.
