While less than 5% of US employers expect their employees to leave voluntarily this year, six in 10 employees intend to look for a new job if the economy improves, according to a new survey from Manpower subsidiary Right Management.

The survey also showed that 31% of employers do not have a proactive process in place to capture employees’ job knowledge.
