Technical recruiter Exxell has opened its doors for business.

The firm, led by technical specialists Peter Cooper and Nigel Rees, has been created out of former South-East technical recruitment business Oracle Global Resourcing.

In its trading statement it said that the year ending  30 November 2008 had been one of “significant growth” for the company.
