Public sector interim management placements has outstripped the demand in the private sector for the first time since tracking began in 2006.

According to findings from the Interim Management Association’s (IMA) Ipsos MORI report, 51% of all completed interim assignments in Q2 were from the public sector, up from 43% in Q1.

August recorded a slight growth in permanent and temporary appointments, according to the latest REC/KPMG Report on Jobs.

Modis will provide both contract and permanent IT resources for ATB Financial which serves nearly 700,000 customers through a network of 164 branches, 133 agencies, a customer contact centre, automated banking machines and the internet.
