Research shows businesses fear losing baby boomers

The majority (69%) of UK chief finance officers (CFOs) and finance directors are worried about employees of the baby boomer generation leaving their workforce in the next two years, according to research from Robert Half Management Resources.

The interim management provider’s study showed loss of legacy knowledge was the biggest worry for employers (43%).

The study surveyed 200 CFOs and finance directors.
