Global recruiter Randstad has joined the International Organisation of Employers (IOE) as a partner company.

The IOE is a global private sector network, with more than 150 business and employer organisation members.

In a statement, Randstad chief executive Jacques van den Broek said joining the organisation was a “logical step” as “the global labour market is our playing field”.
