Odgers Interim, part of global search firm Odgers Berndtson, has launched an independent consulting division to help businesses access strategic-level guidance.

Chris Preston has been appointed to lead Odgers Interim Consulting as managing partner. He joins from PageGroup after 10 years with the company that saw him hold a variety of senior management positions in London, Shanghai and Taipei.

Preston is supported by principal Charlotte Gregson, who began her career in consulting with LEK Consulting before moving to IMS Consulting Group in 2007. Most recently, Gregson was a manager at management consultancy Eden McCallum where she focused on cross-sector talent management.

A company spokesperson told Recruiter while interims are usually hired for specific roles or projects, the consultants will focus on providing business advice.
