• Healthcare recruitment agency Athona has promoted Richie Daysh to sales director for the nursing division in Essex. Daysh has been at the firm for nearly 14 years and has led growth in various areas of the business. He moved from the doctors team in 2016 and has helped secure growth in new market areas with the launch of its mental health nursing team.

Donald Chae joined as a partner in the Chicago office focusing on consumer and retail banking and fintech for public and private equity businesses. Brad Aspel joined as a partner in the New York office, working with clients to co-create leadership strategies, focusing on executive and team coaching across a wide range of industries.

Dan Kirk joined as a principal in the Philadelphia office. He has worked with clients across sectors as a collaborative coach on leadership, teamwork, organisational effectiveness, and DE&I leadership. Previously, he was with a global performance consulting company.

• Talent acquisition and management platform SmartSearch has appointed Erik Enright as CEO. Early in his career, Enright developed a broad skill set while helping to grow and scale automotive company OEConnection from four people to over 250 employees. He then joined CardinalCommerce as vice president where he was responsible for scaling the technology teams.
