• Kingdom People, part of Kingdom Services Group, has appointed Neil Duggins sales director in Manchester. His role will include designing recruitment solutions for high-volume clients, driving new business development and increasing the portfolio of clients in key sectors across the UK. Based in the Midlands, Duggins has over two decades of  recruitment expertise and brings board-level experience at other recruitment agencies. He will be working closely with Mike Rogers, chief operating officer of Kingdom People, and Alex Thompson (operations director) and Scott Owen (sales director).
