Multi-sector recruiter Hexagon Human Capital has received an indicative conditional proposal from a third party interested in making an offer for the company.

Discussions are in the early stages and there can be no guarantee that an offer will be made, according to a statement.

A spokesman for the supermarket giant told Recruiter it will use recruitment agencies to staff its new store in Newport, Wales.
